ALL ACCESS has confirmed the "other part" of the move by CUMULUS to shift its FM simulcast of Sports KTCK-A (SPORTSRADIO 1310 THE TICKET)/DALLAS from market rimshot KTDK/SANGER, TX (104.1 in the northern fringes of the METROPLEX) to what has been WBAP-A's FM simulcast signal (96.7 FM closer to the heart of the metro): CUMULUS will be shutting off KTDK and turning in the license to the FCC.

Ownership caps forced CUMULUS to spin off KTDK to enable the company to LMA ESPN Sports KESN (ESPN DALLAS 103.3 FM); the FCC rejected an attempt to sell KTDK to broker BILL WHITLEY for resale (NET NEWS 9/23).
