WBBQ And Syndicated Morning Host Jodi Koontz Honored For Charity Work

CCM+E AC WBBQ/AUGUSTA, GA JODI KOONTZ has been chosen NATIONAL RADIO PERSONALITY OF THE YEAR by the CHILDREN's MIRACLE NETWORK HOSPITALS. The non-profit organization also named WBBQ as the English Radio Station of the Year.
KOONTZ, along with her morning show colleagues MURPHY and SAM, raised more than $228,000 during the DECEMBER Radiothon (NET NEWS 12/14) for GEORGIA HEALTH SCIENCES CHILDREN'S MEDICAL CENTER. Over the last decade, they have raised more than $2.8 million for CMN hospitals.
