L&L Broadcasting Acquires Border Media Stations For $31 Million

L&L BROADCASTING, owned by ALPHA BROADCASTING Chairman LARRY WILSON, has agreed to purchase radio stations from the BORDER MEDIA BUSINESS TRUST, which include Adult Hits KJXK (102.7 JACK FM); Talk KTSA-A; Sports KZDC-A (1250 ESPN); Spanish Sports KSAH-A-KHHL (ESPN DEPORTES); Regional Mexican-Norteno KSAH (NORTENO 104.1); Regional Mexican KLEY-F (LA LEY 95.7); and Top 40 KTFM. A release from PATRICK COMMUNICATIONS lists the price at approximately $31 million.
The SAN ANTONIO cluster will add to the 35 currently under the L&L BROADCASTING's portfolio. "These are a great cluster of radio stations located in a beautiful market that are operated by a very talented group of people," WILSON said. "We are excited to add them to our growing company.”
