Approval
SAGA COMMUNICATIONS, INC. shareholders "overwhelmingly approved" its Second Amended and Restated 2005 Incentive Compensation Plan, the company announced TODAY (10/18).
The plan won 98% approval, with 94% of Class A and Class B Common Stock holders voting yes.
