Clears Deal
The Federal Trade Commission has granted approval and early termination of the antitrust review of CUMULUS MEDIA, INC.'s sale of several stations to TOWNSQUARE MEDIA, LLC. The transaction showed up on a grant list dated MONDAY.
The move clears the deal for final approval by the FCC.
CUMULUS is selling the stations as part of the transaction by which it is acquiring DIAL GLOBAL/WESTWOODONE.
