CHARLES R. FULLER is acquiring his partner FRANCIS DIPIETRO's 50% share of WDNG, INC., licensee of Talk WDNG-A/ANNISTON, AL, for payment of $64,335.52 owed by the station to the IRS. DIPIETRO was convicted of felony Theft of Property in the First Degree charges and gave his wife MELISSA power of attorney to dispose his WDNG shares, which she is doing in transferring them to FULLER. The filing notes that FULLER was unaware that DIPIETRO had not paid the company's taxes in 2009-2013 and has paid the amounts from his personal account to keep the station from being seized.
