EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION is swapping Contemporary Christian KKCS (K-LOVE)/CALHAN, CO and $400,000 cash to W. PHILIP ROBINSON's UNITED STATES CP, LLC in exchange for Country KIQN/PUEBLO, CO. Also, in a separate deal yet to be filed with the FCC, CHERRY CREEK RADIO has found a buyer for its SAN DIEGO rimshot move-in Top 40 KSIQ (Q96)/CAMPO, CA, selling the property to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION. EMF owns Contemporary Christian KLVJ (K-LOVE)/JULIAN, CA-SAN DIEGO in the market, similarly a rimshot from the eastern portion of SAN DIEGO COUNTY. KALIL AND CO., INC. is serving as exclusive broker for the KSIQ deal.
In other filings with the FCC, JOSEPH J. GENTILE, INC. is selling Talk WCKG-A/ELMHURST-CHICAGO to MATT DUBIEL's DUPAGE RADIO, LLC for $290,000. DUBIEL is WCKG's GM and also operates the online Alternative Q101.com.
BRADLEY SNOW is selling Silent KXIJ/MOORELAND, OK to CLASSIC COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $175,000.
SUSAN I. COLOFF is selling 49% of PILOT KNOB BROADCASTING, INC., licensee of AC KIOW (MIX 107.1)/FOREST CITY, IA, to JAMES A. COLOFF for $343,000. SUSAN COLOFF will retain 1% of the company, with ANTHONY G. COLOFF holding 50%. An identical deal was filed a year earlier but did not close (NET NEWS 11/29/2012).

And REO RADIO GROUP LLC has closed on the sale of Religion KLGO-A (THE WORD 1490) and Country KOKE-F/AUSTIN, TX to GENUINE AUSTIN RADIO, LP for $3.2 million.
