DESERT RADIO GROUP Top 40/Rhythmic KKUU (U92.7)/PALM SPRINGS PD SCOTT 'LUGNUT' DWYER has hired a new night jock. DWYER ups KKUU part-timer and former KPWR (POWER 106)/LOS ANGELES overnight producer EDWIN GUEVARA to the full-time night spot.  

DWYER tells ALL ACCESS, "I'm very excited to fill this position with someone with EDWIN's energy and enthusiasm. His excitement for radio and U-92.7 will help us to continue to grow our brand at night."
