CHRISTIAN MUSIC BROADCASTERS (CMB) members are invited to join the monthly webinar conversation WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 20th at 12p ET, covering the topic: "HR: Staff Development, More Than A Professional Thing?"

This webinar will look at the practical side of HR matters through the framework lens of Christian radio. Topics covered will include motivating your employees, dealing with difficult employees, working with staff to reach more listeners and useful tips in hiring new talent.

This month's guest presenter is FINNEY MEDIA Dir. of Strategic Initiatives/STEPHANIE GOBLE. She previously served as a corporate in-house attorney for 10+ years, focusing on HR/employment law matters and the drafting of corporate HR policies. STEPHANIE is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
