CLEAR CHANNEL BROADCASTING LICENSES, INC. is selling Classic Rock WAIL (SUN 99.5) and Top 40 WEOW/KEY WEST, FL and Country WCTH (THUNDER COUNTRY 100.3) and Classic Rock WFKZ (SUN 103.1)/PLANTATION KEY, FL to ROBERT H. HOLLADAY's FLORIDA KEYS MEDIA, LLC for $650,000.  The buyer is awaiting approval of the purchase of Hot AC WAVK (97.7 WAVE FM)/MARATHON, FL. Country WCNK (98.7 CONCH COUNTRY)/KEY WEST, and Classic Hits WWUS (US 1)/BIG PINE KEY, FL from GAMMA BROADCASTING, LLC for $500,000, less $25,000 for a replacement transmitter for WAVK.

In other deals filed with the FCC, DAVIDSON COUNTY BROADCASTING CO., INC. is selling Contemporary Christian WWLV (K-LOVE)/LEXINGTON, NC to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for $10,507,985.  The purchase amount was calculated by multiplying the population within the 60 dBu contour of the station (1,914,319 in the 2010 Census) by $4.55, then adding the sum of payments that would be due under the station's network affiliation deal with EMF from agreement to estimated JANUARY 15th closing ($868,437.50) and the sum of unpaid monthly amounts under an option agreement up to the estimated closing ($202.500).  The deal will be paid for with a promissory note, less $50,000 for EMF selling FM translator W260BG/LEXINGTON, NC back to the seller.  W260BG already rebroadcasts the seller's Oldies WLXN-A (KOOL 1440 AM AND 99.9 FM)/LEXINGTON, NC.

GARDNER-WEBB UNIVERSITY, INC. is selling noncommercial Triple A WGWG (88.3 THE RANCH)/BOILING SPRINGS, NC to COLUMBIA BIBLE COLLEGE BROADCASTING COMPANY for $1.2 million.

MARATHON VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT is selling noncommercial Variety KDKY (ROSITA RADIO)/MARATHON, TX to MARFA PUBLIC RADIO for $10.

The TOWN OF ROXBURY is selling noncommercial Variety WIOX/ROXBURY, NY to BINGHAMTON public broadcaster WSKG PUBLIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS COUNCIL for $1 plus a commitment to maintain a local studio in ROXBURY for at least three years.

GOOD NEWS RADIO, INC. is selling FM translator W261CJ/POTSDAM, NY to TIM MARTZ' WATERS COMMUNICATIONS INC. for $30,000.  The translator will rebroadcast Sports WPDM-A/POTSDAM.

CONNER MEDIA CORPORATION is selling FM translator W246CJ/MOREHEAD CITY, NC to B AND M BROADCASTING, LLC for $75,000.  The translator, which is slated to move to the seller's JACKSONVILLE, NC tower, will rebroadcast Oldies WSME-A (FREEDOM 1120)/CAMP LEJEUNE, NC.

SAGE COMMUNICATIONS, LLC. has filed for an extension of its Silent STA for WIZK/BAY SPRINGS, MS because it "requires additional time to engage staff to operate the station."

And JAMES G. BOLES has closed on the sale of AC KCTX-A-K221FL (92.1 THE CAT) and Country KCTX-F/CHILDRESS, TX to son JAMES G. BOLES, JR. for $200,000.
