SALEM COMMUNICATIONS Talk WIND-A (THE ANSWER)/CHICAGO has named MICHAEL MANN General Sales Manager. MANN began his media sales career at WBBM-A. Since 2009, he has been the GSM at crosstown competitor WLS-A.
