Condolences to family and friends of former BONNEVILLE KIRO-A-TV-KSEA/SEATTLE President/GM LLOYD COONEY, who died NOVEMBER 25th at 90, just 19 days after his wife BETTY's passing.

The IOWA native was VP/GM of BONNEVILLE's KSL-TV/SALT LAKE CITY before running the SEATTLE cluster in 1963-82, familiar to local viewers for his TV editorials.  He left to run for Senate in 1982 and 1983 and then became a consultant with BONNEVILLE, ACKERLEY COMMUNICATIONS, and the SEATTLE MARINERS and SUPERSONICS among his clients.
