SUNNYLANDS BROADCASTING LLC is selling Spanish Religion KYXE/UNION GAP-YAKIMA, WA to CENTRO FAMILIAR CRISTIANO for $10,750 plus an LMA before closing.  The station recently returned to the air after being silent for much of 2013.

In other filings with the FCC, CASCADE COMMUNITY RADIO is transferring KTFH/LEES CAMP, OR and KDOA/THE DALLES, OR to COMMON COMMUNICATIONS NORTHWEST for no consideration.  The move allows the transferor to be eligible for a low power FM license in the area.  COMMON is also acquiring a noncommercial FM construction permit in WEISER, ID from TOOL SHED PDX for no consideration.

HAMPTONS COMMUNITY RADIO CORPORATION is selling noncommercial WEER/MONTAUK, NY to EASTERN TOWER CORP. for $5,000 and "arrangements" with tower owner CROWN CASTLE and former owner WPKN INC. so that the seller "will have no further obligations to" those parties.

CATHOLIC RADIO NETWORK, INC. has closed on the donation of silent noncommercial WSPB/BEDFORD, MI to HOLY FAMILY RADIO, INC.

And KANZA SOCIETY, INC. has closed on the sale of FM translator K268CE/LAMAR, CO to ALLEYCAT COMMUNICATIONS for $2,000.
