MID-WEST FAMILY Oldies WHIT-A/MADISON, WI flipped to Country YESTERDAY (12/5), branding itself as “COUNTRY LEGENDS HANK AM 1550.”

Concurrently, the station has signed on as the latest affiliate for ENVISION COUNTRY NETWORK's syndicated “HANK” programming, created by KROEGER MEDIA.

“We are extremely excited to have launched ‘COUNTRY LEGENDS HANK AM 1550,’” said WHIT PD MARK VAN ALLEN. “The radio station will provide a unique offering of Classic Country music to the MADISON area. If you like Country music, you'll love this station. We've made the music the star!”
