REGENCY RADIO, INC. is selling Country KOKL-A/OKMULGEE, OK to THIRD DAY BROADCASTING, INC. for $300,000.

In other filings with the FCC, KTEA-FM, LLC is selling Adult Standards-Oldies KTEA (OLDIES 103.5)/CAMBRIA-SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA to ADELMAN BROADCASTING, INC. for $200,000 (in a $231,911.28 promissory note for 72 months less time brokerage costs under an agreement for the buyer to program the station before closing).

SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS MEDIA, LLC has requested an extension of its silent STA for KWPS-F/CADDO VALLEY, AR due to delays in construction of its new facilities.

CALVARY FELLOWSHIP, INC. has closed on the donation of noncommercial WMKJ/TAVERNIER, FL to CALL COMMUNICATIONS GROUP, INC. for no consideration.

BETHESDA CHRISTIAN BROADCASTING has sold FM translator K289AI/RAPID CITY, SD to HAUGO BROADCASTING, INC. for $25,000.  The translator will simulcast the buyer's Sports KTOQ-A (K-TALK AM 1340)/RAPID CITY.

FREEBORN COUNTY CHRISTIAN RADIO, INC. has closed on the donation of FM translator K299AL/ALBERT LEA, MN to UNIVERSITY OF NORTHWESTERN-ST. PAUL.  The station will rebroadcast Contemporary Christian KTIS/MINNEAPOLIS.

And TOM HODGINS has closed on the sale of FM translator K239BO/NEWPORT, OR to RADIO BEAM, LLC for $16,830.

The Commission also dismissed the proposed sale by CALVARY CHAPEL OF ROANOKE of the construction permit for a new FM at MILTON, NC to PIEDMONT COMMUNITY SERVICES for $9,602.06; the Commission said that the permit had expired and thus could not be sold.
