In other filings with the FCC, KTEA-FM, LLC is selling Adult Standards-Oldies KTEA (OLDIES 103.5)/CAMBRIA-SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA to ADELMAN BROADCASTING, INC. for $200,000 (in a $231,911.28 promissory note for 72 months less time brokerage costs under an agreement for the buyer to program the station before closing).

And TOM HODGINS has closed on the sale of FM translator K239BO/NEWPORT, OR to RADIO BEAM, LLC for $16,830.
The Commission also dismissed the proposed sale by CALVARY CHAPEL OF ROANOKE of the construction permit for a new FM at MILTON, NC to PIEDMONT COMMUNITY SERVICES for $9,602.06; the Commission said that the permit had expired and thus could not be sold.
