LINCOLN FINANCIAL MEDIA Classic Hits WMXJ (MAGIC 102.7)/MIAMI has named CLEAR CHANNEL AC WMGF (MAGIC 107.7)/ORLANDO PD KEN PAYNE as its new PD, effective immediately.  PAYNE had been with the ORLANDO station for 14 years.
