GARTH BROOKS announced plans for a World Tour in 2014 while appearing live on ABC-TV’s “GOOD MORNING AMERICA” (GMA) TODAY (12/9).
“You know what, since it’s you and since we’ve had a history forever, let’s announce it,” BROOKS said to GMA anchor ROBIN ROBERTS. “We’re going on a world tour in 2014. I can’t believe I just did that but you are a doll.”
It’s been a great few weeks for GARTH. He received big ratings on CBS-TV’s “GARTH BROOKS LIVE FROM LAS VEGAS” special (NET NEWS 12/2) and released “Blame It All On My Roots,” an eight-disc box set that debuted at the top of the Country albums charts last WEEK (NET NEWS 12/4).
