  The operation of RADIO DISNEY is being moved into the DISNEY-ABC TELEVISION GROUP as the company prepares for the sale of its non-RADIO DISNEY and ESPN RADIO affiliates to CITADEL.
  RADIO DISNEY will be managed by DISNEY CHANNEL WORLDWIDE President RICH ROSS, with DISNEY CHANNEL WORLDWIDE SVP/Programming JILL CASAGRANDE overseeing day-to-day operations as SVP/GM and JEAN-PAUL COLACO moving from Pres./GM to SVP of Business Development. Network VP/Programming ROBIN JONES remains in place.
