SESAC will have a new home in NASHVILLE on MUSIC ROW, as the music licensing company is working on plans for a 110,000-square-foot headquarters.
THE TENNESSEAN reports, "the $20 million project is being designed for properties on MUSIC SQUARE EAST that the performing rights organization purchased last month from the owners of BROKEN BOW MUSIC GROUP. To make way for site preparation, which could start in 60 days, BROKEN BOW RECORDS and other labels and operations owned by BENNY M. BROWN and his wife, CAROLYN, will move at the end of the month to another MUSIC ROW building the couple just purchased for $4.1 million."
