FCC Enters Consent Decree With College Station Over Public File, Ownership Report Violations

WHITMAN COLLEGE's ASWC RADIO COMMITTEE, licensee of noncommercial student-run KWCW/WALLA WALLA, WA, has entered a Consent Decree with the FCC and is paying a "voluntary contribution" of $1.200 to the U.S. Treasury to resolve public file and ownership report violations at the station.

The station disclosed in its 2013 license renewal application that it was missing quarterly issues/programs lists for the entire preceding term, nor had biennial ownership reports been filed.
