Carlsbad, NM Station Changes Hands

The bankruptcy trustee for RUNNELS BROADCASTING SYSTEM, LLC sells silent KPZE/CARLSBAD, NM to PECOS VALLEY BROADCASTING COMPANY (EUGENE J. DYMKOWSKI II, DAVID RUCKMAN and SAM BEARD) for $475,000. PECOS VALLEY, which owns two other stations in the area, has been selling time on KPZE and providing back office support for the former Spanish-language station under an "outsourcing agreement."
