WKQK Flips To Country

'The Wolf' Is Howling in Memphis

ENTERCOM Classic Hits WKQK/MEMPHIS flipped to Country at 5:00p (CT), launching as "MEMPHIS' NEW COUNTRY, 94.1 THE WOLF," promising half the commercials of competing Country stations in the market, CUMULUS's WGKX and MIGHTY MEDIA WEBL. THE WOLF will max out at six commercial minutes per hour.

FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE kicked off the new station, with "This Is How We Roll."

Current WKQK PD CHRIS MICHAELS remains in the same capacity.
