RADIO DISNEY didn't sign off its stations on FRIDAY (9/26) as originally planned, keeping the signals on the air with network programming instead while the process of eventual sale of the stations proceeds. FYBUSH.COM reports that the 23 stations remained on the air past the original deadline, maintaining the licenses, while all local operations have otherwise ceased.
The lone exception is flagship KDIS-A/PASADENA-LOS ANGELES, which will remain under DISNEY ownership and will be the source of RADIO DISNEY programming to feed the network's online stream.
