Tim Leary Runs For Susan G. Komen

ALPHA MEDIA Country WUBB/SAVANNAH, GA morning show host TIM LEARY will have more than 800 names and logos temporarily tattooed on his body and run THE ROCK 'N ROLL MARATHON SAVANNAH as a human memorial honoring BREAST CANCER survivors, victims, and patients. The run will be the end result of LEARY's three-week campaign, "TATS FOR TA-TAS 2" to raise money for SUSAN G. KOMEN.

For a $10 donation, listeners gave the name of someone in their life that's been affected by BREAST CANCER. More than $8,000 has already been donated.

"I'm deeply touched by the generosity of our SAVANNAH audience," said ALPHA MEDIA VP/Programming SCOTT MAHALICK. "TIM and the team have a genuine gift for bringing the community together to help raise awareness for such an imperative cause."
