Condolences to family and friends of longtime ST. LOUIS radio and TV newsman and announcer BOB HILLE, who died NOVEMBER 23rd at 95. according to an obituary published in the ST. LOUIS POST-DISPATCH.

HILLE worked as an announcer at KXOK-A starting in 1938 and, after serving in the Signal Corps during WORLD WAR II and then resuming his career at KXOK, moved to crosstown KSD-A and then-new KSD-TV (now KSDK-TV) in 1951 as news anchor, staying with the TV side when the radio station was split off.
