PROPHET SYSTEMS INNOVATIONS introduces a new product, morphing its NEWSGEN software into NEWSBUILDER 2.0.
Enhancements include a teleprompter that allows users to scroll their news stories while reading them, and play back news audio files. This can be tailored to the reading speed and the on air delivery of each anchor or reporter. Additionally, NEWSBUILDER allows assigning stories to specific anchors, and times newscasts by calculating the time based on the assigned reporter for a story. NEWSBUILDER also allows immediate recording of audio whenever there is a breaking news story.
