iHEARTMEDIA Director of Government Relations BRENDAN KELSAY has exited to join T-MOBILE as Director of Federal Affairs, reports THE HILL.
KELSAY, a former aide to Reps. JOHN DINGELL (D-MI) and VIC FAZIO (D-CA), joined then-CLEAR CHANNEL in 2003.
