They replace ALANA LYNN and RANDY SCOTT, who departed in JUNE to pursue other opportunities (NET NEWS 6/18). RICK and CARLY were most recently on-air at CUMULUS Country KUBL/SALT LAKE CITY as "SHOTGUN AND CARLY."
