COX MEDIA GROUP News-Talk WDBO-F (NEWS 96.5)/ORLANDO news reporter MONICA RIX is exiting to join FOX NEWS RADIO, reports the ORLANDO SENTINEL's HAL BOEDEKER.
RIX joined WDBO in 2011 after a stint at NBC affiliate WAFF-TV/HUNTSVILLE. She had previously worked in ORLANDO at noncommercial WDSC-TV/DAYTONA BEACH and cable news channel CENTRAL FLORIDA NEWS 13 after a year and a half at ABC affiliate WWAY-TV/WILMINGTON, NC.
