Carol O's ‘Dollars & Sense Music Conference’ Coming To Las Vegas

The DOLLARS & SENSE MUSIC CONFERENCE will be held in LAS VEGAS OCTOBER 23rd-25th at WESTGATE HOTEL.  Veteran Music industry journalist CAROL OZEMHOYA aka 'CAROL O' is the founder of the event.

CAROL told ALL ACCESS, “The industry has changed so much, but the good thing about it is that its now actually more accessible to upcoming artists.  With social media, the Internet and Internet radio, the opportunities are out there for global success and of course, financial gain.  I want people to come to this conference and learn how to become successful in the music biz.”

Experts from the music industry and the business world will be offering advice on branding, social media, distribution/sales, publishing, songwriting and more.  There will also be an all-female panel sharing their experiences with breaking the glass ceiling and protecting their professional images.

Panelists confirmed at this time include JANET WADE (Head of music licensing at TURNER BROADCASTING), award-winning songwriter CRYSTAL POMPEY,  singer/songwriter CALVIN RICHARDSON, branding expert AJ JARDIEN, digital distribution expert ALLEN JOHNSTON, and veteran radio consultant HARRY LYLES.  Many others will be added to the growing list.

In addition to the panels, there will also be an artist development showcase with artist developer DOMONIQUE MITCHELL and a SUNDAY Gospel event, led by Inspirational Hip-Hop personality COCO BROTHER.

Proceeds from the conference will go to LITTLE KIDS ROCK, a national charity designed to put musical instruments, music teachers,  and music programs in schools.
