XM SATELLITE RADIO HOLDINGS has declared a $1.0313/share regular quarterly dividend on its 8.25% Series B Convertible Redeemable Preferred Stock, paid in shares of Class A common stock (and in cash for fractional shares) on NOVEMBER 1 to shareholders of recors as of OCTOBER 21.
