MKTO, MAX Rock WIXX/Green Bay's Back to School Show

Party Time!

The annual "Back to School Show" thrown by MIDWEST Top 40 WIXX/GREEN BAY  was another huge success on MONDAY, AUGUST 24th, with headliners MKTO and MAX entertaining a crowd of thousands for this free annual concert at the Outlet Shoppes at OSHKOSH.

"We'd like to thank the thousands of hearty Wisconsinites for braving the windy, 60 degree weather and coming out to the show.  Everybody who was there had a great time, including the acts, who mentioned the crowd's energy level reminded them of a 'One Direction' show" said WIXX Brand Mgr. COREY CARTER. "Also a special thanks to LEE LEIPSNER and MARK POTTER of COLUMBIA RECORDS, ERIK OLESEN of CRUSH MUSIC and all the rest of our partners for making this show happen!"

Opening acts included TODD CAREY, TONY ANDERS AND THE RADIOLITES and the winner of the annual "WIXX Big Break" contest MADDIE VANDENHUEVEL, a local 17-year old who opened the show.
