NIKKI SIXX, the MOTLEY CRUE co-founder and host of the syndicated rock radio programs "SIXX Sense" and "The Side Show Countdown," is now contributing his always-interesting musings to iHEARTRADIO BLOG. 

In his second blog posted today, SIXX dishes on his favorite new hard rock bands and why people, radio and the economy needs them. He stresses that while hard rock is the "black sheep of the neighborhood," it helps us “go that extra mile on the treadmill and unleashes that inner teenager you forgot was still breathing inside you.”
