NRB Renames Annual Conference To Proclaim16

NATIONAL RELIGIOUS BROADCASTERS (NRB) convention has renamed itself, to PROCLAIM 16, for 2016.  The annual gathering has previously been known as NRB 2015 INTERNATIONAL CHRISTIAN MEDIA CONVENTION & EXPOSITION.

For 2016, there’s a superstar lineup, with pastor and best-selling author RICK WARREN preaching at an open- to-the- public worship service on FEBRUARY 24th, and a performance by MICHAEL W. SMITH.

There’s also new sponsorship from the MUSEUM OF THE BIBLE, opening in FALL 2017 just off the NATIONAL MALL in WASHINGTON. It’s backed by the GREEN family of HOBBY LOBBY, and its president STEVE GREEN will preview the 430,000-square foot museum for the NRB.

Several years ago the NRB reconfigured its annual convention at NASHVILLE’s OPRYLAND so it doesn’t interfere with normal SUNDAY worship plans back home, now scheduled for TUESDAY - FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 23rd-26th.
