To comply with ownership cap restrictions resulting from SEA-COMM, INC.'s sale of Adult Hits WBNE (BIG JOHN FM)/WRIGHTSVILLE BEACH, NC and W240AS/WILMINGTON, NC to CAPITOL BROADCASTING COMPANY, INC.'s SUNRISE BROADCASTING, LLC for $1.85 million, SUNRISE is selling AC WILT (SUNNY 104.5)/CAROLINA BEACH, NC to BIBLE BROADCASTING NETWORK, INC. for $300,000.  WILT will operate as a satellite rebroadcasting BBN's Religion WYFQ-A (BBN RADIO)/CHARLOTTE.  WILT's present format, calls, and staff will move to WBNE's 103.7 FM frequency.

In other filings with the FCC, TOWERS INVESTMENT TRUST is selling Contemporary Christian WBNK (BIG FISH FM)/PINE KNOLL SHORES, NC to BRADLEY J. LANSER and LESLIE J. LANSER's EMPOWERED BROADCASTING COMPANY for $275,000.  TOWERS INVESTMENT TRUST, INC. has also closed on the sale of Active Rock KZGL (103.7 THE EAGLE)/FLAGSTAFF, AZ to RICK L. MURPHY's MURPHY AIR, LLC for $850,000.

POSITIVE ALTERNATIVE RADIO, INC. is selling W237EG/BOONE, NC to CURTIS MEDIA's EASTERN AIRWAVES, LLC in exchange for a tower lease giving the seller space on the buyer's tower.

WILLIAM E. BRURING is selling K222AG/LA CROSSE, WI to FAMILY RADIO, INC. for $80,000.  The translator will rebroadcast News-Talk WIZM-A/LA CROSSE.

SON FIRST BROADCASTING, INC. has requested a Silent STA for WGSG/MAYO, FL "due to lack of funds."

HISPANIC TARGET MEDIA, INC. has applied for a Silent STA for KXAF/GEORGE WEST, RX due to "catastrophic" failure of its antenna and transmission line due to either a lightning strike or high winds.

RADIO 74 INTERNATIONALE has filed for a Silent STA for KQQA/SHELTON, NE while it moves to a new site.  The applicant has also filed for a Silent STA for K263AP/MANDAN, ND because the primary station has gone silent, and for K282BE/HASTINGS, NE and K295BI/KEARNEY, NE due to site changes.

And ACM JCE IV B LLC has won final approval for its increase of the daytime power for Religion KBXD-A/DALLAS to 50 kw over the objection of STECKLINE COMMUNICATIONS, which complained of interference but filed its complaint too late and failed to supply a promised engineering study to prove the interference to co-channel News-Talk KQAM-A/WICHITA.
