SAGA COMMUNICATIONS-CAYUGA RADIO GROUP/ITHACA, NY has upped WQNY (103.7 Q COUNTRY) CHASE DANIELS to the post of Assistant OM for the cluster and Assistant Brand Manager for 'QNY. DANIELS joined the cluster in AUGUST of last YEAR (NET NEWS 8/4/2014) and has been serving as afternoon host and imaging director for 'QNY since.
