91X Homecoming Concert Features Bands Who Call 91X And San Diego Their Alma Mater

LOCAL MEDIA SAN DIEGO Alternative XTRA-F (91X) has announced the “91X HOMECOMING” concert is coming FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2nd featuring PEPPER, COLD WAR KIDS, and more artists with local ties at OCEANSIDE PIER AMPHITHEATER.

“It’s amazing how many bands and their members start and stop here in SAN DIEGO,” said HALLORAN, 91X PD.  “PEPPER, originally from KONA, moved here over 10 years ago, and is now one of the biggest bands from this area.  COLD WAR KIDS drummer JOE PLUMMER has been involved in local projects for many, many years, including BLACK HEART PROCESSION, plus his work with national acts like THE SHINS and MODEST MOUSE.  We are pleased to have his homecoming.  More bands with SAN DIEGO ties will be added, I can’t wait to share who they will be.”
