The penultimate installment of TAMPA BAY LIGHTNING Dir./Broadcasting/Programming MATT SAMMON's 10-part series on assembling, launching, and programming the NHL franchise's online-only "LIGHTNING POWER PLAY" radio station has been posted, with the latest edition taking a look at what the future holds for streaming stations.

SAMMON, noting that his own channel is only entering year two this FALL, offers things on which a station maturing into years two, three, and beyond should keep an eye, including the station's brand, what to do when the audience growth predictably levels off, and anticipating the unexpected, using MYSPACE's travails as an example.
