CBS RADIO Sports WIP/PHILADELPHIA raised $200,000 over two days in its annual EAGLES Radiothon for the EAGLES YOUTH PARTNERSHIP, which provides health and education programs for at-risk children in the DELAWARE VALLEY.
“We continue to be amazed each year by the generous contributions and devoted support from our fans during the EAGLES Radiothon,” said EAGLES YOUTH PARTNERSHIP President CHRISTINA WEISS LURIE. “As an organization, we are always looking to deliver one-of-a-kind experiences for our fans. The annual Radiothon provides us with the opportunity to do that, while also supporting the vital health and education programs of EAGLES YOUTH PARTNERSHIP. On behalf of EYP, I would like to express a heartfelt thank you to 94WIP for their steadfast commitment and support of this event.”
“We’re once again overwhelmed and humbled by the generosity of WIP listeners and EAGLES fans in our community,” said SVP/Market Manager DAVID YADGAROFF. “The WIP EAGLES Radiothon brings our entire staff together to work towards one common goal of helping raise money for EAGLES YOUTH PARTNERSHIP. It’s amazing to know that the WIP EAGLES Radiothon helps fund programs that improve the lives of so many children right here in the DELAWARE VALLEY. Thank you to the staff and volunteers who make Radiothon a reality.”
