RADIO DISNEY has found a buyer for five more of its stations, and it's SALEM MEDIA GROUP.  RADIO DISNEY has filed sales contracts with the FCC, showing it selling KDIZ-A/GOLDEN VALLEY, MN-MINNEAPOLIS to SALEM's COMMON GROUND BROADCASTING, INC. for $375,000; KDDZ-A/ARVADA-DENVER to SALEM MEDIA OF COLORADO, INC. for $550,000; KDZR-A/LAKE OSWEGO-PORTLAND, OR to SALEM MEDIA OF OREGON, INC. for $275,000; WSDZ-A/BELLEVILLE, IL-ST. LOUIS to SALEM's CARON BROADCASTING, INC. for $275,000; and WWMI-A/ST. PETERSBURG-TAMPA, FL to SALEM's SOUTH TEXAS BROADCASTING, INC. for $750,000.

In other filings with the FCC, RICHARD S. WACHTEL (80%) and GREGG M. WACHTEL (20%) are selling their interests in SHENANDOAH COMMUNICATIONS, INC., licensee of News-Talk WRNR-A and W293AM/MARTINSBURG, WV, to MICHAEL HORNBY for $600,000 and assumption of $74,829,000 owed to BB&T.

MARK JORGENSON's ACM DALLAS V LLC is selling KFCD-A/FARMERSVILLE, TX-DALLAS to VIKRAM SHAH BROADCASTING, INC. for $800,000.

TEAM ONE MEDIA, LLC is selling WIRA-A/FORT PIERCE, FL to CARIBBEAN MEDIA GROUP, INC. for $350,000 ($50,000 down, $200,000 cash at closing, $100,000 in a promissory note).

The previously undisclosed price for JIM LEVEN, BRUCE MITTMAN, and NORTHWOOD VENTURES' COMMUNITY BROADCASTERS LLC's purchase of the MILLER COMMUNICATIONS stations in SOUTH CAROLINA -- Country WGFG (CAT COUNTRY 105.3)/BRANCHVILLE, Urban Oldies WQKI (OLD SKOOL 102.9)/ORANGEBURG, Adult Hits WIBZ (Z95.5)/WEDGEFIELD-SUMTER, Rock WWBD (BAD DOG 94.7), News-Talk WDXY-A (NEWSTALK 1240), and Urban Oldies WWHM-A-W222BH-W227BI (OLD SKOOL 93.3)/SUMTER, WSIM/LAMAR, Country WWKT-W278AV (KAT COUNTRY 99.3) and Adult Hits WDKD-A-W246BX (97.1 FRANK FM)/KINGSTREE, Sports WOLH-A/FLORENCE-WHYM-A/LAKE CITY-W255BD/DARLINGTON (ESPN 98.9), and Talk WFRK (LIVE 95.3)/QUINBY, plus three digital TV translators in FLORENCE -- is $2.5 million plus a time brokerage agreement before closing, according to the contract filed for the deal.

FAMILY STATIONS, INC. is selling the construction permit for W294BX/BENTON HARBOR, MI to WSJM, INC. for $15,000; the translator will rebroadcast Sports WSJM-A/ST. JOSEPH, MI.

GEOS COMMUNICATIONS is selling W275AB/ELMIRA, NY to EUROPA COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $27,000.

WAY MEDIA, INC. is selling W268BT/MOUNTAIN VIEW, AL to QUALITY PROPERTIES, LLC for $42,500.  The translator will rebroadcast WWGC-A/ALBERTVILLE, AL.

BEN F. STINSON, III is donating K292AX/CORTEZ, NM to SOUTHWEST COLORADO TV TRANSLATOR ASSOCIATION.

AMERICAN FAMILY ASSOCIATION is selling the construction permit for W265CY/FORT WAYNE, IN to PATHFINDER COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION for $85,000; the translator will rebroadcast Sports WKJG-A (ESPN RADIO 1380)/FORT WAYNE.

iHEARTMEDIA's CAPSTAR TX LIMITED PARTNERSHIP is selling W245CJ/WILMINGTON, DE to RITMO BROADCASTING, LLC for $60,000.  The translator rebroadcasts the Spanish Hits SUPRA 97 format from the HD3 channel of GREATER MEDIA Sports WPEN (97.5 THE FANATIC)/PHILADELPHIA.

CALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS, INC. has applied for a Silent STA for K212DJ/CLEARLAKE, CA due to presumed damage from the Valley Fire.

CALVARY RADIO NETWORK, INC. has requested an extension of its Silent STA for WCNM/Harvard, IL due to inability of the station's proposed tower location to accommodate its antenna and the need for a new site.

In CANADA, ANTOINE KARAM has been granted a new station on 99.1 FM in HALIFAX, with a Ethnic format running 355 watts at 224 meters above average terrain.

And NEWFOUNDLAND BROADCASTING CO, LTD. has won approval from the CRTC for a rebroadcasting transmitter for Hot AC CHOZ (OZ FM)/ST. JOHN'S, NL at GANDER.  The new transmitter will use 2,800 watts at 137.4 meters above average terrain on 97.7 FM.
