ROGERS Sports CJCL-A (SPORTSNET 590 THE FAN)/TORONTO has upped APD DAVE CADEAU to PD.  CADEAU fills the slot left vacant when DON KOLLINS left to join ENTERCOM Sports KGMZ (95.7 THE GAME)/SAN FRANCISCO as PD in MAY.

CADEAU is a longtime FAN staffer, starting as a producer in 2000 and adding anchoring and hosting duties before a stint at TSN in 2008-11, then returned to THE FAN as Senior Producer in 2011.  He was upped to APD in 2013.
