Longtime Record Exec Bill Carroll Set To Join C3 Management

Former CAPITOL MUSIC GROUP SVP/Promotion BILL CARROLL will join the promotion team at C3 MANAGEMENT, beginning OCTOBER 1st.  BILL spent the past 11 years at CAPITOL and recently resigned to return to the East Coast. He will be based out of C3’s NEW YORK offices.

His 26-year career as a record exec also includes VAGRANT, ELEKTRA and LONDON RECORDS.
