PATAPHYSICAL BROADCASTING FOUNDATION INC. Variety KUSP/SANTA CRUZ, CA GM TERRY GREEN has been laid off, according to the SANTA CRUZ SENTINEL.

GREEN has been head of the station, which is in financial difficulty, for 12 years.  Also exiting were Board Treasurer JOHN MORRISON and board member EMILY DUBOIS, who, along with GREEN, comprised an internal working group trying to come up with a sustainable business model for the station, which owes $280,000 in loan debt and $435,000 to NPR.  The station has been losing $150,000-$200,000 on a $1 million annual budget.

A board meeting is scheduled for SEPTEMBER 28th to review an analysis of the station's operation by PUBLIC MEDIA CO.
