KWLZ Moves Into Portland With Classic Hits

3 HORIZONS MEDIA has launched the newly moved-into-PORTLAND KWLZ/WEST LINN, OR as a Classic Hits outlet.  "96.3 KWLZ, ROCK 'N' ROLL'S GREATEST HITS" launched FRIDAY (9/18).

The station had been serving BEND and the area of central OREGON south of THE DALLES as a simulcast of News-Talk KBNW-A/BEND until going silent on SEPTEMBER 8th.  The station has changed frequencies from 96.5 to 96.3 FM.
