CITADEL/ALLENTOWN OM SHELLY EASTON, also day-to-day PD for Country WCTO, along with CITADEL/ALBUQUERQUE OM and Country KRST Programmer EDDIE HASKELL, have been upped to Regional Format Generals for the Country formats. They will answer to CITADEL/NASHVILLE OM, DAVE KELLY. KELLY has been overseeing the Country stations for CITADEL for the past 18-months.
