ALL ACCESS has learned that NIELSEN has leveled some very serious allegations of inappropriate conduct/contact between BEASLEY Rocker WBRN (98.7 NO RULES RADIO)/TAMPA morning man BUBBA THE LOVE SPONGE and at least one NIELSEN RADIO PPM household.

BEASLEY has released the following statement to ALL ACCESS: "We have been made aware of the allegations and are in the process of investigating. We have no additional comments at this time."

No word from BEASLEY if BUBBA has been released or suspended during this investigation.

A NIELSEN spokesperson told ALL ACCESS, "We became aware of evidence of attempted ratings distortion activity in the TAMPA market. We are working to resolve this issue and will provide additional details when they become available.

"NIELSEN is committed to maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and acts swiftly to ensure that those standards are upheld."

BUBBA has been contacted for comment as well.
