'13th Annual Source Awards' Honor Women In The Industry

The "13TH ANNUAL SOURCE AWARDS" were held at the MUSICIANS HALL OF FAME AND MUSEUM in NASHVILLE last NIGHT (9/29) honoring seven women and their achievements in the music business. Hosted by Country legends JEANNIE SEELY and BRENDA LEE, and with opening remarks from NASHVILLE's newly-elected Mayor MEGAN BARRY, the evening featured tributes to and remarks from the women of the evening.
Industry vet PHYLLIS DEEN HILL, WILLIAM MORRIS AGENCY's GAYLE HOLCOMB, UMG NASHVILLE Pres. CINDY MABE, retired industry vet MARY DEL SCOBEY, the RECORDING ACADEMY's NANCY SHAPIRO, RYMAN AUDITORIUM's SALLY WILLIAMS, and the late TERRELL TYE were all honored for their contributions to the music industry in NASHVILLE, as well as their leadership and involvement in furthering women in the community.
