The NAB and RAB's 2015 RADIO SHOW in ATLANTA closed FRIDAY morning (10/2) with a "Music and Mimosas" session featuring an interview by PREMIERE NETWORKS hosts LORIANNE CROOK and CHARLIE CHASE with DOT RECORDS solo artist STEVEN TYLER explaining his move into Country music ("I'm not going to turn it into Rock 'N' Roll, but it's going to turn into a KIND of Rock 'N' Roll") and love of NASHVILLE ("there's all kinds of magic in this town"), presentations by representatives of several label groups, and performances by REPUBLIC NASHVILLE group THE BAND PERRY and I.R.S. NASHVILLE/CAPITOL's MARC SCIBILIA.
The music labels were well-represented at the event, with CAPITOL's CHRIS SICILIANO and a performance by I.R.S. artist MARC SCIBILIA, COLUMBIA's LEE LEIPSNER (promising that ADELE's new album is "coming very, very soon" and that JEFF LYNNE is planning his first U.S. tour in many years to support the new ELO album), DEF JAM's RODNEY SHEALEY and NOAH SHEER, EPIC's TODD GLASSMAN, and DISNEY MUSIC GROUP's SCOT FINCK, and BIG MACHINE LABEL GROUP's SCOTT BORCHETTA introducing a live performance by THE BAND PERRY.
