Radio Veteran Steve Harris Has Passed

ALL ACCESS sends its prayers to the family and friends of radio veteran STEVE HARRIS who has passed away. A native of CLEVELAND OHIO, recently his health had been in decline.
HARRIS began his broadcast career at WHOV, the college station at HAMPTON INSTITUTE, now HAMPTON UNIVERSITY. His first commercial radio job was as a part-timer at WJMO-A/CLEVELAND and he eventually landed his first a full time position at WDAO/DAYTON.
STEVE’s career highlights included working at ABC RADIO NETWORKS, ESPN RADIO and XM SATELLITE RADIO. Over the years he worked with many broadcast stalwarts including TOM JOYNER, DOUG BANKS, COLIN COWHERD, SCOTT MASTELLER, BARRY MAYO AND LEE ABRAMS.
HARRIS was featured in 10 QUESTIONS in 2013 when he was OM for RADIO ONE’s CINCINNATI Cluster, WDBZ-A, WIZF (THE WIZ), and WCFN. Read here.
