iHEARTMEDIA has upped Top 40/Rhythmic KPEZ (102.3 THE BEAT)/AUSTIN APD/morning host RYAN KRAMER to PD of the station and sister Sports KVET-A (AM 1300 THE ZONE).  KRAMER, who joined the station in SEPTEMBER 2013 from sister Top 40 KSME (96.1 KISS FM)/FORT COLLINS, CO, continues to report to SVP/Programming/DALLAS-AUSTIN PATRICK DAVIS. He fills the slot left vacant when JONATHAN REED left KPEZ and sister Top 40 KHFI (96.7 KISS FM) earlier this year.
